Aspire Flexus Pro Pods
Aspire Flexus Pro Pods are designed for use with the Aspire Flexus Pro kit, offering the versatility of a replaceable coil and non-replaceable coil options.
The non-replaceable coil Flexus Pro Pods feature a fixed or built-in atomiser head which can’t be removed. Fill the pod with vape juice multiple times until the coil starts to deteriorate, then remove the whole pod unit and replace it with a fresh one.
Indications your pod may need replacing:
- Vape tastes burnt
- Vape liquid has turned dark
- Vape liquid has turned thick
- Vape is gurgling/bubbling
- Flavour of your vape liquid is muted
- Vapour production is reduced
- Vape is leaking
- Vape is displaying error messages
- Experiencing dry hits
Flexus Pro refillable pods with integrated atomiser heads hold 2ml of e-liquid and offer an ideal choice for beginner vapers or those looking for additional convenience as you don’t have to worry about coil changes, just replace the entire pod. Dramatically reducing mess and simplifying the process of refilling the pod with your favourite e-liquid flavour.

The 1.0 Ohm coil will produce less vapour for an MTL (mouth to lung) inhale that feels like cigarette smoking. The 0.6 Ohm coil will provide more vapour for a RDTL (restricted direct to lung) inhale.
Flexus Pro pods are also available with replaceable coils, these empty pods are compatible with Aspire AF Mesh Coils in 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω resistances. These push fit coils make for easy coil installation providing a reliable vaping option for use on the go.
Mesh coils feature a meshed heating element which is designed to increase the surface area which comes in contact with the e-liquid. The results are better flavour and increased vapour production, as well as longer lasting coils which requires less frequent replacements.
When the coil needs changing, pull out the used coil and replace it with a new one while continuing to use the same pod. This option requires slightly more maintenance, but as the pod is reusable it will save you money and produce less plastic waste.
Both pod options are made from food-grade PCTG material which can withstand the rigours of everyday use and high temperatures. PCTG plastic is transparent allowing you to view the volume of e-liquid in your pod, ensuring your juice levels don’t run too low.
Refilling with vape juice has been made easy thanks to the side filling pod design.
- Remove the pod from the device
- Pull the side silicone seal to reveal the filling port, fill the pod up with vape liquid
- Close the silicone seal by pressing down firmly
- Reintroduce the pod to the device
We recommend using 50/50 or high PG e-liquids, both nic salts and freebase liquid will work well with these vape pods.
