2. Age Restrictions and Verification

Our website sells vaping products intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase age-restricted products from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

We use 1account to assist with age verification. Relevant customer information may be shared with 1account to confirm eligibility to purchase age-restricted products.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices shown during checkout.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation email. This acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason, including:

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to offer the correct price or cancel the order and provide a refund.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been authorised.

We deliver orders to eligible addresses within the delivery areas specified on our website.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

For eligible online purchases, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not generally considered manufacturing faults.

9. Product Information and Safety

Our products must be used, handled, charged and stored in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety guidance.

Vaping products and e-liquids should always be kept out of the reach of children and pets.

Many e-liquids contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Vaping is not risk-free, and our products are not intended for children, non-smokers or anyone under 18.

Customers should take particular care when using devices containing rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Damaged batteries, unsuitable charging equipment or improper storage can present a safety risk.

Do not use damaged, leaking or modified products where doing so may create a safety risk.

10. Price Match Guarantee

We aim to offer competitive prices across our product range. If you find an identical product available at a lower price from an authorised UK competitor, we may match that price, subject to the conditions below.

10.1 Eligibility Criteria

Identical product: The competitor's product must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, specification and pack size.
UK retailers only: The competitor must be a legitimate UK-registered retailer selling directly to UK customers in pounds sterling (GBP).
Product availability: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both Tablites and the competitor.
Total price comparison: The comparison must include any applicable standard shipping, handling and delivery charges.

10.2 Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

Products sold through online marketplaces, auction websites or third-party seller platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
Liquidation sales, clearance products, end-of-line stock or damaged goods.
Special promotional offers, including flash sales, bulk-buy discounts, bundle deals and voucher or coupon code promotions.
Prices available exclusively through loyalty programmes, trade accounts or membership schemes.
Obvious pricing errors on a competitor's website.

10.3 How to Request a Price Match

Before purchase: Email hello@tablites.com with a direct link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price. Once verified and approved, we may provide a discount code or arrange an adjusted purchase price.

After purchase: Requests made after an order has been placed or dispatched are considered at our discretion.

10.4 Additional Conditions

We reserve the right to decline a price match where the eligibility criteria are not met or where matching the price would require us to sell the product below its cost price.

We may amend or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee for future purchases. Changes will not affect any price match already expressly agreed with a customer.

11. Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional prices, multibuy offers and other special promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discount codes are subject to any eligibility requirements, minimum spends, expiry dates and product exclusions specified with the offer.
Only one discount code may be used per order, unless the checkout expressly permits otherwise.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Single-use codes cannot normally be reused once successfully redeemed.
Promotional offers may exclude clearance products, existing multibuy deals or other discounted items where stated in the promotion's conditions.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a discount code where it has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions for future orders. This does not affect discounts already validly applied to accepted orders.

12. TABpoints Loyalty Programme

Our TABpoints loyalty programme allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for rewards, subject to the programme's current terms.

Points and rewards may be subject to minimum spending requirements, redemption limits, product eligibility conditions and other restrictions displayed when rewards are issued or redeemed.

Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value outside the programme and cannot be exchanged directly for money.

Where an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, we may adjust or reverse points earned from that purchase. Rewards used on refunded orders will be handled in accordance with the applicable programme conditions.

We may change the points earning rate, available rewards and redemption conditions from time to time. We will communicate material changes where appropriate.

Any additional terms displayed within the TABpoints programme form part of the conditions governing the relevant reward.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, graphics, branding and other content on our website belong to Tablites Limited or are used with permission from their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for following product instructions and safety guidance. However, nothing in these terms removes any legal responsibility we may have for defective or unsafe products.
