Below you will find our customer support opening hours and last shipping dates for delivery in time for Christmas.

Please note that these last shipping dates are based on estimates from our couriers.

TABlites and the couriers we use will of course try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however, delays are possible due to the festive rush and the ever-changing COVID-19 situation.

Therefore we would urge you to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment or delay.

Our warehouse and customer service are closed on the following dates over the Christmas and New Year period.  Any orders placed on these dates below will be processed from Wednesday 29th December onwards.

We have a number of postage options designed to suit your needs wherever you are in the world. Orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to be in the post the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm will not be collected until the following working day. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system.

Any dates specified for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent at the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock one of our customer services team will notify you via phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.



Standard Post – Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £1.99 or free on orders over £20

  • This service is estimated to take 2-3 days after dispatch.
  • Fully tracked from the point we dispatch until you receive your package. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or text (SMS).
  • Royal Mail will notify you via email or SMS of the predicted delivery day and estimated delivery time. By selecting this service, you consent to us passing your details to Royal Mail for this purpose.
  • Orders placed before 2 pm between Monday and Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this point will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday).

In the event of loss or non-delivery

  • The Post Office requires at least 14 days after the date goods were sent before they will investigate items missing in the post.
  • If your goods have not been received within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will investigate and assist with a replacement at our discretion.
  • Should you be required to collect your package from the Post Office, that falls under your responsibility. Tablites cannot contact the Sorting Office on your behalf, arrange for redelivery on your behalf or send the order again unless the parcel has been returned to us.

All delivery times stated on this page are to be used as estimates only. Neither Tablites nor our delivery partners can offer compensation for delayed deliveries nor can we refund any postage charges as a result of delays.

Tablites reserves the right to upgrade your selected postage option for any reason. You will not be additionally charged for this.


Express Courier (UK Mainland* Only)
  • This service is an estimated 24-hour Next Working Day Service (Monday to Friday) subject to the courier (DPD Local)’s terms of service.
  • You will receive a text message or email notification detailing the expected date of delivery which will be followed on that date with a text message or email notification to inform you of the expected time of delivery within a 1-hour timeframe.
  • Text Notification of expected delivery time is available if a mobile phone number is provided during ordering.
  • Upon receiving the notification text or email you are able to rearrange delivery date, address, time or Safe Place to put deliveries if you are unavailable to receive it.
  • Express Courier* is an estimated 24 hr next working day service (Monday to Friday) subject to the courier's terms of service.
  • Express Courier* requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Express Courier* delivery times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays or Bank Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm Thursday but before 2pm Friday are delivered Monday.
  • Orders placed between Friday 2pm and Monday 2pm Will be collected on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
  • UK Mainland Express Courier* deliveries are subject to restrictions. See below:
  • UK Mainland* - Express Courier Services excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK islands and the following excluded post codes: AB30 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, AB83, BT, G50, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 to KW99, PA20 to PA99, PH17 to PH99, PO30 to PO41, TR21 to TR25, TR37, ZE.
Non Mainland UK Express Delivery (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Outer Mainland Zones and UK Islands)
  • Express Delivery (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Outer Mainland Zones and UK Islands) will require a signature on delivery.
  • Sent via Royal Mail’s Next Day Delivery Service.
  • Monday to Friday only.

International Orders

International orders are subject to the country’s importation regulations. TABlites will not accept liability should the goods fail to clear customs for any reason. We are unable to provide an exact timescale for delivery; this will depend on the postal service in your country. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery before reporting an item is missing. Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
