Aspire vapes are electronic cigarettes, or e-cigs, designed to deliver nicotine without the carcinogens and chemicals found in traditional cigarette smoke. When paired with a nicotine containing vape juice, an Aspire vape can help to quit smoking by delivering the nicotine smokers crave while at the same time delivering the hand to mouth action and the satisfaction of inhaling a vapour.
Aspire vapes come in a wide range of shapes and sizes, designed to suit every budget and vaping style. Aspire vapes are refillable and rechargeable meaning they are substantially cheaper to run every day than a disposable vape. Aspire make pod kits, pen kits, box mods and sub-ohm vape device.
In a word, yes! Aspire are one of the top vape brands available worldwide and here in the UK. Their quality and craftsmanship are second to none and their cutting edge coil technology delivers long lasting flavour and vapour production. The all-time bestselling Aspire vape kit is the Pockex. Available in a wide range of colours, this stick battery vape device has been a hit with vapers from all walks of life. The Pockex is both affordable and easy to use, with no complicated setting or menus to navigate, simply press the button and inhale! This no nonsense vape is perfect for everyone, from new starter vapers to those that have been vaping for years.
If you are considering a Pockex, we can also recommend the Flexus Stik. This new vape kit has many similarities with the Pockex, including its look and ease of use, but incorporates brand new pod technology to provide even further convenience while using it.
The latest vape kits from Aspire are the Flexus series. Currently there are three products in this range; Flexus Q, Flexus Blok and Flexus Stik. All three kits use the same Aspire AF coils which is available in two resistances, 0.6ohm and 1.0ohm meaning you can easily adjust the device to suit your vaping style. We’ll briefly break down the main features of each below.
The Aspire Flexus Q is a pod vape kit that looks very similar to a disposable vape in size and shape so it is the perfect model to try if you are looking to make the transition over to a refillable and rechargeable device. Once charged up and filled with vape juice, the Q can be vaped without pressing any buttons, simply puff and go! You can also tailor the airflow of your vapour by toggling the airflow control switch on the side of the device. It’s a super easy to use kit and can be recommended to every vaper.
The Aspire Flexus Stik is a stick, or often called a vape pen, battery design and is sleek and elegant, perfect if you’re looking for an easy to use traditional looking vape kit. Available in six stylish colour choices, the Stik features a 1200mah battery easily capable of providing a full day of on the go vaping. It also has three power settings, hard, medium and low so you can tailor the hit of the device to perfectly match your vaping style. It can also be vaped either by pressing the fire button located on the base of the device or by simply inhaling on the mouthpiece and utilising the auto-draw technology. The Flexus Stik does an excellent job of bringing the vape pen category bang up to date and must be considered if you are looking to replace your existing kit.
The Aspire Flexus Blok has many of the features of the Stik but is packaged in a small rectangular box-shaped design. This pocket friendly pod vape has been the stand out performer in the Flexus series due to its portable size, feature rich options and ease of use.
Choosing the best Aspire vape to buy right now will ultimately depend on the specs and features that you are looking for in your new device. Whether you want a pod kit, and box mod or a sub-ohm cloud machine will determine what you see as the best vape but here are some of our suggestions.
Most Aspire products come with a hologram and ‘scratch and check’ anti-counterfeiting technology. To check if your Aspire product is genuine and not a fake head over to aspirecig.com/product-verification-centre and follow the on-screen instructions.
Rest assured, all the products sold by Tablites come direct from Aspire or their approved distributors so you can shop safe in the knowledge that everything we sell is 100% genuine and manufacturer approved.
Aspire make vape kits in many different styles and as such different kits are compatible with different vape juices.
As a rule of thumb if your device is a pod kit or pen kit you’ll want to use either PG based e-liquids (such as Tablites Premium or Vampire Vape) or 50/50 based e-liquids. 50/50 juice is available in free base or nicotine salt and both versions are sold by most of the top brands.
To learn more about the different type of vape juice see our Ultimate Guide to Vape Juice.
Aspire products are designed for existing smokers and vapers over the age of 18 who want to satisfy their nicotine cravings and the sensation of smoking without the many carcinogens and chemicals found in traditional tobacco smoke. Aspire make products for every type of vaper, from beginner to advanced vapers, there’s an Aspire vape for you. Once you have an idea of the specs and features you are looking for in your new vape, browse our Aspire Vape Kits section and there’s sure to be one that ticks all the boxes!
Yes, Aspire vape products are legal in the UK. Aspire make TPD versions of all their products and these versions all follow the rules and regulations set out in the TPD so are perfectly legal to use and to sell in the UK and Europe.
Yes, but none you will be able to buy directly from an approved seller in the UK such as Tablites! As the TPD only covers the UK and Europe, Aspire continue to make products above 2ml tank capacity for the US and other markets across the globe and technically these are illegal in the UK.
Yes, although not always. You can do this with some vape kits if a separate extension tank or glass is sold separately. As we’ve already discussed the legal limit is 2ml for all tanks and devices, however, if the extension tank or glass is sold as a stand-alone unit without a pre-installed coil or part of the wider device, it has been deemed to be acceptable. This is particularly useful with sub-ohm devices that use a lot of vape juice such as the Cleito or Huracan.
Filling your Aspire vape will be slightly different depending on which one you have. If you’re unsure of how to fill your Aspire vape kit, we’d recommend first checking the instruction manual of the product. You can find many of the instruction manuals towards the bottom of our product pages, simply find the product you have on our site and there should be a PDF download of the manual available. Alternatively, you can pop in one of our stores or give us a call or email and one of our team will be more than happy to help you.
As with filling the device, changing the coil of your new Aspire vape kit will differ depending which one you have. Again, it’s best to check the instruction manual for your particular device but you can also find useful information in our Vaping Guides section, in particular How to Change a Vape Coil and How to Prime a Vape Coil.
Aspire vape kits will consists of many of the same parts and understanding each of them will give you an idea of what is inside the device.
For a more in-depth overview of the parts of a vape we'd recommend reading our Vaping for Beginners Guide.
Aspire make some super easy to use and beginner friendly vape kits. The simplicity of the Pockex has ensured it is still one of the bestselling kits ever and the latest Flexus series are all really easy to use too.
Yes, some Aspire products are perfect for beginner vapers. As we’ve already mentioned, the Pockex and Flexus series are easy to use while still delivering on performance. Other great Aspire kits from beginners include the K2, K3 and Zelos Nano. Once you get your head around the basics of the kit and some of the related jargon, even the most advanced vape devices are accessible for even the most technically ‘challenged’ amongst us! If in doubt on any aspect of your device or you need help choosing the right device just for you drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Yes, but there won’t be anything too tricky, even for a novice. Other than charging your device and filling it with e-liquid you’ll also have to change your coil every week or two and keep your vape device clean and hygienic. You can find some great guides on how to do all these tasks in our Vape Guides section.
As with all vape devices and vape juice (even those that contain no nicotine) you must be over the age of 18 to buy them in the UK. It’s also an offence to make the purchase on behalf of a minor.
When shopping in our UK vapes shops we implement the Challenge 25 policy meaning that if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for ID. When making a purchase via our website, tablites.com, we carry out age verification at checkout via 1account. We cannot dispatch your order until the age verification process has been completed.
Aspire vape kits all come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty meaning you’ll get a guaranteed 6 months of stress-free vaping from your Aspire product. We always recommend changing your vape setup every 6-12 months as parts begin to wear and battery life deteriorates within this timeframe.
In terms of battery life between charges this will depend largely on the battery capacity of the device. This is represented by the mah of the battery, a lower mah is less capacity and a higher mah is more. Some of the smaller battery capacities are generally around 600mah whereas the largest can be 3000mah and above. A larger capacity will always result in a larger device, so you have to make a compromise between the size of your vape and the battery life you’ll get from it. This will come down to personal preference and of which aspect you favour.
Yes! E-cigarettes are tightly regulated by the TPD and general consumer product legislation. Aspire products adhere to all regulations and safety requirements.
When paired with a nicotine containing vape juice, vaping with any vape kit, including one from Aspire, can help you to quit smoking. It is the nicotine in cigarettes that is addictive and makes smoking difficult to quit, but it is not the nicotine in cigarette smoke that is harmful. The danger of smoking comes from the tar, chemicals and carcinogens in the smoke, all of which are not present in the vapour from an electronic cigarette. Switching to vaping still provides the nicotine you crave and the sensation of smoking without all the harms and dangers of smoking tobacco. As long as you choose the correct nicotine strength, you’ll get the nicotine to satisfy your urge to smoke. According to the NHS a study found ‘people who uses e-cigarettes to quit smoking…can be up to twice as likely to succeed as people who used other nicotine replacement therapy’.
Yes! All vape products sold in the UK and Europe are regulated by the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). All Aspire products sold in the UK are TPD compliant and are therefore regulated by the legislation.
Nicotine is an addictive substance so if you are using a nicotine containing vape juice in your device it can be addictive. If you’re an existing smoker you will need this nicotine to help curb your craving for tobacco cigarettes. It is not the nicotine in cigarettes that is harmful but the other chemical and carcinogens created from the burning of tobacco. Nicotine itself is described by the NHS as ‘relatively harmless’.
All of them! You’ll be able to find almost any flavour of vape juice to put in your refillable vape kit. If you have a MTL kit such as a pod or pen kit, we have a wide range of regular vape juices such as Tablites Premium and Vampire Vape. You can also use nicotine salts juice, the type of juice found in disposable vapes, from all the biggest and best brands including Bar Juice that has all your favourite disposable vape flavours in liquid form. You’ll find everything including Blue Sour Raspberry, Kiwi Passionfruit Guava, Watermelon Ice and Unicorn Shake.
If you have a DTL sub-ohm vape kit, we have a huge range of high VG short fill vape juices to choose from. Some of the best sellers include Nasty Juice, Doozy and IVG.
To truly see Aspire’s impact on the industry we’ll look at the past, present, and future products from this vape company and look at some of their key inventions that helped shape the products we all love to use every day.
Without Aspire’s innovative approach the vaping landscape could look very different to what we are all used to.
In 2013 Aspire introduced BVC (bottom vertical coil) and AFC (air flow control) technologies. The construction of the BVC coil was designed for the coils to last longer while also providing ‘the purest and cleanest taste from e-liquids’. This tech was utilised in the standard Aspire BVC coil as well as the much-loved Nautilus coils series which now boast multiple resistances including the original 1.8ohm and 0.7ohm in the classic black packaging as well as the recent additions of the Nautilus Mesh coils in 1.0ohm and 0.3ohm options in the new blue packaging design.
The fact that at almost a decade after these products were brough to market the Aspire BVC coils and Nautilus are still in production and are among the industry’s best selling vape coils is testament to the quality and craftsmanship of the brand.
BVC and Nautilus coils were utilised in the K2 and K3 kits respectively. Almost identical in design, apart from a slight size difference, these kits were easy to use, attractive and most importantly performed amazingly well. The ‘pen’ design is still a popular choice for novice and experienced vapers alike, and just like the coils that they take, the K2 and K3 are still in production and are as popular as ever.
BVC coils also feature in many clearomisers including the CE5, ET-S and K1, all very popular clearomisers for use with traditional eGo style e-cigarette stick batteries.
AFC was the world’s first airflow control system for vape tanks. Adjustable airflow was a game changer to the industry and allowed vapers the tailor their vaping experience to perfectly suit their inhaling style. AFC was featured in the Nautilus and Nautilus Mini tanks. While they were no lookers, they were the go-to tank for MTL vaping in the mid 2010’s. The original Nautilus is sadly no longer with us due to having a capacity above 2ml, but the Nautilus Mini is still being produced although it is somewhat of a rarity.
Nowadays you find AFC technology in most vaping products across all the various brands in the industry. This tech really did change the landscape of what was possible and led to Aspire’s next big technological advancement…
2014 saw the introduction of the Atlantis tank. This was the world’s first refillable sub-ohm vape tank. Along with Kanger’s Sub-Tank (which did go on the out-sell and outperform the Atlantis), the Atlantis brought big cloud sub-ohm vaping to the masses, a style of vaping previously only available to those using sophisticated drippers and mechanical mods. The Atlantis paired effortlessly with the CF Mod, a stick battery design with a stylish weaved carbon fibre print finish, a style of device still on the market with the Smok’s Stick series and Freemax Twister some notable examples. This setup opened the vaping scene to VG e-liquids and saw an influx of American brands of e-liquid in vape shops and online stores across the world. Vapers couldn’t get enough of blowing large, delicious clouds of vapour with flavours from the likes of Element, Cosmic Fog, Charlie’s Chalk Dust, Kilo, and many others. Following the success of the Atlantis, Aspire went on to make both the Atlantis 2 and Atlantis Mega which followed much the same formula as their predecessor. The Atlantis really was the start of something new and exciting and led the way in how the industry would react for years to come. While ‘big cloud vaping’ may not be for everyone, the Atlantis certainly changed the vaping scene and put Aspire firmly on the map.
Aspire stayed true to their roots and continued to develop coil technology around MTL vaping with the introduction of the U-Tech coil technology in 2015. Showcased in the Nautilus X released that year, which went on to sell more than 2 million units, it is claimed as the first leak-proof coil option in the industry and went on to feature in the extremely popular Pockex coils. The Pockex quickly became one of the best-selling vape devices on the market after its introduction. It was one of the first sub-ohm devices with a mouth to lung feel, offering the benefits of a below 1.0ohm coil (vapour production and flavour) while still being able to be used with 50/50 and high PG vape juice and a MTL inhale-style. We can easily say that the Pockex has been our absolute best-selling vape kit every year since its launch.
In 2016 Aspire introduced the world to the first ‘chimney-free’ vape tank, the Aspire Cleito, and in doing so reclaimed the crown of best sub-ohm vape tank in the industry. The Cleito was a 3.5ml tank (with an optional 5ml “bubble” extension tank) with a 0.4ohm coil that performed amazingly, not only producing huge bellows of vapour but also a smooth a delicious flavour from high VG e-liquids. The Cleito went on to sell more than 5 million units worldwide. The Cleito is still available but now comes with a TPD 2ml glass tank section.
The success of the Cleito spawned the Cleito 120, a larger tank with new super low resistance coils capable of being run at 120 watts. While most vapers ran the tank far below the claimed 120 watts, the Cleito 120 was the pinnacle of low wattage, large clouds vaping.
Aspire went on to make both Cleito tanks in Pro versions and introduced the Cleito Pro coils. While they shared much of the DNA of the originals and vaped phenomenally well, these newer versions never really made the heights of the previous generations as more and more vapers were moving away from this style of vaping into something completely new which would go on to capture the zeitgeist within the industry.
In 2016 the TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) came into force across the UK and the whole of Europe. Among other things, the directive limited the size of vape tanks to just 2ml, a size that had limitations for those utilising high wattage devices with high VG e-liquid as these are thirsty and required refilling often with just a 2ml tank. A solution was championed initially by Element with their NS20, a new type of e-liquid using nicotine salt rather than freebase nicotine which was both smooth to vape while also packing a punch. Not only was this new type of e-liquid perfect for existing vapers, but it also delivered the nicotine faster and aided smokers kick the habit. This new form of e-liquid would go on to revolutionise the industry and change the way people vaped. No stranger to innovation, Aspire partnered with Element and the Gusto was born.
While it perhaps didn’t reach its full expectation, the Gusto was among the first closed system pod devices, and it was certainly the first to contain nic salt vape juice. A small, pocket friendly device featuring Aspire’s bullet-proof build quality coupled with a prefilled disposable pod containing the most popular Element vape juice flavours (Pink Lemonade, Key Lime Cookie, Frost and many more). There was no refilling necessary, no coils to change or any knowledge needed, you just popped in a new pre-filled pod and away you go! This device led the way and could easily be seen as the grandparent of disposable vapes of today such as Elf Bar, Lost Mary and Geek Bar.
Around the same time as the Gusto was introduced, Aspire brought to the market the Breeze. The Breeze was a AIO (all-in-one) vape device and was perhaps the first mass selling refillable pod system on the market. Featuring a magnetic refillable pod with interchangeable coils, the Breeze was perhaps ahead of its time but paved the way for many of the devices we are using today. This device went on to sell more than 4 million units. The Breeze 2 followed and the similar Nautilus AIO which operated in much the same way but utilised the Nautilus coil series.
In 2018 Aspire went back to try again to make improvements in the sub-ohm vape category with the launch of the Revvo. This tank/coil used the industry’s first flat coil technology. The large, flat, circular coil had a greater surface area than any coil that came before and aimed to change the vape game yet again. The Revvo was showcased on several different vape kits including the Speeder, Typhon and Feedlink (a ‘squonker’). Unfortunately, this new design did not pay dividends, especially in the 2ml version, and Aspire moved away from this new technology.
Aspire continue to evolve and expand its operations. In 2019 they established Aspire America, in 2020 they built a new state of the art plant in Dong Huan, in 2021 they established new offices in Qianhai and in 2022, to coincide with the launch of their latest product range the Flexus series, they redesigned their logo. The new logo reflects who they are today and symbolises their dynamic future.
The Rover X30 was a small square box mod style vape kit that featured the original Nautilus X tank. With 30 watts of power
The Evo75 was a 75-watt box mod that took a single 18650 battery. Coupled with the Atlantis Evo tank, the Evo75 was an excellent sub-ohm vape kit designed to blow large clouds of vapour.
The Aspire Plato was an all-in-one (AIO) box shaped vape kit. It took a single 18650 and packed 50 watts of power. The appearance of this device was excellent and many devices today share similar design principles, but the Plato was let down by leaking issues which held it back from reaching its potential.
The Archon was a 150-watt, dual 18650 box mod, often paired with either the Cleito or Cleito 120 for ultimate big cloud vaping. The Archon had a similar look to the Plato but this device was not an AIO and the tank screwed into the top of the mod via a 510 connection.
The Zelos 50w featured a built in 2500mah battery and came coupled with the Nautulis 2 vape tank. This was and still in an excellent vape set-up and design and the current Zelos 3, Zelos Nano and Zelos X follow almost the exact design principles of the original Zelos 50w.
The Puxos was a single battery box mod vape kit that could be used with 18650, 20700 or 21700 IMR batteries. The Puxos kit came with the Cleito Pro tank, but its party piece was the interchangeable side panels of the device which were available in a wide range of colours and funky designs. If you wanted a e-cig to match your outfit or your mood, the Puxos was the one for you!
The Mulus is a 80 watt AIO pod kit that came in a variety of marble finish designs. The Mulus was a big hit when it was launched, especially with the team at Tablites, but it was replaced with similar devices such as the Nautilus Prime and Prime X.
