1. Go to the TABlites returns page at royalmail.com.
2. Enter your order number, reason for return, name, email address and postal address.
3. Confirm the shape, size and weight of your return package.
4. Click 'Create your label'.
5. Download your return label (it will also be emailed to you), print it and attach it to your return package.
6. Take your package to your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service point (where you can also print your return label if you need to). Drop it off and receive your proof of posting.
7. Alternatively, you can book a home collection (for a small fee).
8. Once we've received your return, we'll contact you to let you know and then process any refunds within 5 working days.
