Voopoo have released a number of chip series that have revolutionised the vape world, constantly pushing the boundaries to offer improved functionality. Chips include; GENE.Fan, GENE.Fit, GENE.Trio, GENE.AI and GENE.TT. These incredible chips allow Voopoo to achieve the most cutting edge power control, temperature control, mode switching, power management, safe modes and other incredible smart functions.
Voopoo started their strategic partnership with GENE chips in 2017, where they launched the GENE Fan chips to offer their customers high-end personalisation and customisation over the way they vape. These chips are mould-resistant, water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, enhancing the products lifespan and endurance.
In 2018 Voopoo released the GENE.Fit chip that they used in the Drag 2 vape kit, that became a worldwide phenomenon. This chip offers maximum safety without core burning with protections against fire, dust, smoke and oil and offering users a fast, stable and intelligent vape experience.
In 2019 Voopoo developed the GENE.Trio and the GENE.Pod and the GENE.AI chip. These chips were used in the early Vinci series range of products, Drag series and Alpha series of vape devices. The GENE.AI chip can accurately control the maximum power output, to prevent premature coil burning to extent the life of vape coils.
In 2020, Voopoo launched the Drag S and Drag X vape kits that went on to win best Vape Brand Award, the Best Equipment of the Year along with many other awards.
In 2021 Voopoo released the GENE.FAN 2.0, used in popular Voopoo Drag series of devices. This incredible chip delivers fast bursts and stable output to deliver an amazing vape experience. During this time pod system vape kits started to become popular, Voopoo released the Drag Nano 2 and the Vinci Q pod kit.
In 2022 Voopoo released the GENE.Chip—GENE.TT 2.0, this chip offered the most powerful performance of fast ignition and high boost. This technology was the first breakthrough in separate management of two batteries, allowing for a more balanced use of the two batteries and helps to maximise the energy of both batteries. This marvel of invention allows customers to enjoy vaping for longer periods of time between charging.
The GENE.TT chip offers powerful performance, with a fast ignition speed and high burst, also providing intelligent functions like puff/drag counter and score ranking mode.
