Can I order online?
Yes! You can place orders on TABlites.com. You can even set up a secure user account on our website allowing you to re-order your favourites and collect TABpoints which let you make great savings across our catalogue.
Can I order over the phone?
Give us a call on 0161 832 4311 and one of our friendly, knowledgeable team members will be happy to help and offer advice as well as take your order securely.
Do you have stores?
TABlites stores are nationwide. Please click here to see our ‘Store Locator’ where you can enter your postcode and find your nearest store.
Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?
No. You can place an order with just a valid credit or debit card. There’s no need for you to have a Paypal account. When the checkout system on the site takes you through to Paypal there should be an option marked ‘Checkout as a Guest’ (or similar). Clicking this allows you to make a payment without needing to have an account.
Can I set up an account on TABlites.com?
You can. By setting up an account you are able to re-order previous selections as well as collect TABpoints on any purchase which can be used to get great discounts across our whole range of products!
Setting up an account allows the site to save your delivery details and previous orders, too, meaning it’s quicker and easier than ever to place your order on TABlites.com
Creating an account also enters you into the TABlites Mailing List, which means you will receive emails with updates on TABlites, new products being released and occasionally discount codes and exclusive competitions.
Do TABlites offer discount codes or customer rewards?
By creating an account on TABlites.com you can collect TABpoints which let you get money off online orders. For more information on TABpoints please click here. This also adds you to our Mailing List which we use to inform our customers of new products as well as great deals and offers, plus the occasional discount code!
We also offer a Loyalty Card scheme in our stores. By collecting stamps with certain purchases you can get free E-Liquid or cartomisers.
It’s just our way of saying ‘Thanks for choosing TABlites’.
We also run regular competitions on our social media accounts.
Is my information secure?
At TABlites we promise to never pass our customers’ details on to third parties. We don’t store card details unless you enter them onto your profile yourself and even then we can’t see them. Please see our ‘Privacy & Cookies’ section.
Will I receive emails from TABlites or other companies?
By creating a user account on TABlites.com you are added to the Mailing List.
Our emails contain info on the latest products, offers being run by TABlites, discount codes, competitions to win great vaping prizes and much more.
You can easily unsubscribe at any time should you wish.
We do not pass email addresses to other companies.
TABlites use Royal Mail and Interlink for deliveries. Place your order before 2pm on a weekday and it is guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
