Vaping on Holiday: The Essentials

If you’re going on holiday in the coming months you might be wondering what to take with you.

We’ve put together a list of what we think are vaping essentials for when you’re travelling at home or abroad, as well as a little advice regarding travelling with your e-cig.

1. The TABlites Cyclone V4 Starter Kit

This brand new kit has everything you need to get a great vape. The TABlites Cyclone V4 Start Kit comes with a variable-voltage battery, a great clearomiser, a handy USB charger and a bottle of E-Liquid. It’s great for a new vaper and also as a ‘holiday vape’ for those who don’t want to cart their main mod around the world.

2. TABlites Premium Range E-Liquids

There’s nothing better than enjoying a great flavour in your e-cigarette, especially when you’re on holiday. Take advantage of the  TABlites Premium Range E-Liquids handy sized bottles not to mention the great price of these e-liquids to ensure you have a great vape on your trip.

3. TABlites Carry Case

Keep your e- cigarette and accessories dry, safe and away from excess sunlight and sand with the handy TABlites carry case. They fit right into your bag and have space for all the vaping gear you’ll need for the day.

4. A spare TABlites V4 Battery

There’s nothing worse than running out of battery power when you’re nowhere near a charger. It’s always a good idea to carry a spare with you just in case the worst should happen. The TABlites Cyclone V4 rechargeable batteries have a great lifespan and variable voltage output to make sure you always have an excellent vape.

5. MT3 Atomiser heads for the TABlites MT3

Atomiser heads can burn out at the most inopportune times. Make sure the MT3 atomiser that comes in your V4 Starter Kit is working at peak condition with these MT3 replacement atomiser heads.

Things to bear in mind when travelling with your e-cigarette:

  • Please be aware that electronic cigarette hardware is not allowed to be in your checked luggage when you fly.
  • Because of a ban on storing lithium-ion batteries in the hold of planes your batteries have to be with you in your carry-on luggage. Luckily you can still keep your e-liquids and tanks in the hold, so you don’t have to be carrying endless bottles of juice.
  • If you do carry your E-Liquid in your carry-on luggage, ensure that it is stored in a clear plastic bag, which you will have to show during security checks. As with other liquids, you will not be able to carry more than 100mls.
  • A good tip for your tanks is to keep them empty for the flight. Changes in air pressure can sometimes lead to leaking, so it’s a good idea to minimise this by not keeping your tanks full.

These are just guidelines, please check with your airline of choice before you travel to make sure you’re following the rules.

Please bear in mind where you’re travelling, too. Most places will be fine with tourists using their e-cigarettes even if they are not available to buy in that country.

Countries e-cigarettes are banned include but are not limited to: the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Argentina, Brazil and Singapore.

Most of Europe maintain a ban on smoking indoors, and in some places this stretches to vaping as well. Always check with your accommodation whether or not it is ok to vape.
